US SAILING Programs
Many yacht clubs and sailing organizations purchase regatta liability to protect themselves against potential lawsuits that might be brought if someone is injured on the water during a race. The new US SAILING-endorsed Regatta Liability policy will protect club members, employees, volunteers, race organizers and the club itself both for Bodily Injury and Property Damage lawsuits. The policy covers claims arising anywhere on the water during races, regattas, and cruises.

If your club's events involve meetings, gatherings, host liquor situations, or other aspects which occur on the land, or on piers, docks and slips, you may be interested in obtaining a quote for the full BURGEE PROGRAM.
